Such exchange is limited to a party's e-mail address and basic Account detail (including but not limited to Web site name (if applicable), date Web site or subscription e-mail first entered into operation, and visitor demographics). Such information shall be accessible to enable each party (an Advertiser and a Publisher) to assess a potential affiliation with the other party and, when an affiliation has been established, to facilitate the on-going relationship.
